All Grain Guard bins are manufactured using state-of-the-art bin manufacturing technology. 4" Corrugation with a unique ½" depth and W-profile stiffener design provides strength and stability.

Grain Guard bins also include a complete line-up of the following features and options:
  • All Grain Guard bins are manufactured with G115 galvanized steel
  • Easy-to-install full floor aeration
    • 7" wide plank, 12% open area
    • Pre-punched wall flashing
    • 13" and 17" floor support heights available
  • 10" tube-style or U-trough bin unloads
    • Intermediate and large center hopper
    • Inclined, vertical or horizontal powerheads available
  • Corrugated roof design with a 3” high multi-step roof rib
    • Pre-punched rolled edge flange for 18" round or 15” square roof vents
  • Fasteners: Grade 8 bolts with a built-in seal
  • Ladder with an improved safety cage
  • Large 40" filler cap – slides back for easy filling
  • Unstiffened bins available in sizes from 15' to 48' in diameter
